A Quick Incite Into Ageing Wine

Summertime is nearly on us, a great time for kicking back in the sun with some fine conversation and a nice cool wine or two. However, for those of us who's beverage of choice is usually a crisp red wine, should we really be consuming that bottle of wine or leaving that wine to mature for just a tad longer?
