Champagne, perfect for every occasion

Published by at 9:45 pm under Wine & Spirits

The discovery of Champagne was almost 2,000 years ago and was named after a town in France where it originated. It is more than your regular wine since it is carbonated thus the bubbles in it. Production of champagne includes putting yeast and a few rock sugar into every bottle for its secondary fermentation that resulted to the creation of bubbles. These bubbles are the very reason why champagne is referred as a festive wine.
