Pairing wines and foods is an entirely personal treatment expressed by you and your creative taste experiences. You must remember that your palate is as unique as your fingerprints, and what you like may not be what everyone else likes, depending upon their experience and palate preferences. There are a few general rules of thumb that you can use, so with that in mind, here is my take on how I look at pairing food and wine.
